FAQ
Some people go out of their way to drink our coffee. We're known for serving the best on the island. We brew Regular and Decaf the right way - with pure, clean water.
Bananas Foster and the Rack of Lamb are served tableside (applause is permitted)
The food at the Village is the best. We tried two restaurants downtown, but then we gave up and enjoyed the cuisine at the hotel. Fabiano & Katja
Sashimi of fresh yellow-fin tuna, an immense mangrove crab direct from the grill, and a drinking nut. Hard to beat !
Pohnpei abounds in banana, papaya, pineapple,and sour sop fruit. We make sour sop sherbet into a very tasty maguarita too.
Beef, chicken and lamb come from the US. The fish is freshly caught on Pohnpei and most of the greens are locally grown.
Although we make all the other kinds too, try the tuna omelet. You won't be sorry.
The natural friendliness of the waiters and staff is the typical attitude toward a visitor to Pohnpei.

Birthdays are a big deal for the dogs too. Sassy and Fido sing along with the rest of the staff as the birthday cake is being carried through the dining room.
